Types of Sales:
1. On-site auctions is usually the best method. Again, this can be conducted on the premises or removed and sold elsewhere. We find you realize the most money from selling “on site.” We also realize there are circumstances that may not warrant this, so we find the solution that best suits you.
2. For the situations that, for some reason don’t warrant having an “on-site” auction, (e.i, parking restrictions, privacy matters, etc.), our “on-line auction” format has proven to be very successful. This approach basically allows the entire country/world to view and bid at auction via the internet. The items are numbered, photographed and displayed “on-line” for a minimum of one full week, and sell to the highest bidder. The successful buyer is responsible for pick-up and/or shipment of the item, as with the on-site auctions, these sales run on a commission basis, the amount of which is determined and set by the auctioneer.
3. Estate tag sales, in situations that don’t warrant an on-site auction, a “tag sale” is usually recommended. A good percentage of the items always sell. For the items that don’t, we offer a “clean out” service which will take all of the work, worry, and responsibility off of you. Basically, the house and/or buildings are set up, the items priced, the sale advertised and staffed by us for a percentage of the sale. No two sales are ever the same, so commission/percentage is negotiable.
We gladly come to you, free of charge, no strings attached to view your items/situation with absolutely no pressure from us on conducting a sale.
